We found out on April 12, 2011 that our new baby girl was born with hip dysplasia and is now having to wear a Pavlik Harness. Unfortunately we purchased numerous items for her that she was unable to wear due to the harness. We are selling them for 25% less then we purchased. All these items have never been worn. Angela's Cakes !

Wow, I found the most amazing cake making place in Calgary Alberta. This is a new and upcoming company, for right now the fabulous lady that makes these cakes Angela is only advertising by word of mouth. There is no store front for these amazing cakes yet but maybe soon! I have never seen such great cakes other then on cake boss but to see them in real life, it's absolutely short of fantastic. I wish I had a talent like this.

I have purchased a theme cake for a friend of mine at work from Angela's cakes and he absolutely loved it. He loved it so much he took a picture of it to send to his wife on his cell phone. It was such a huge hit, not only in appearance but in taste, I will definitely be ordering more. My next purchase will be a theme cake for my husbands birthday and then Xmas and then my son's birthday.

We are now preparing for our second show, the Calgary Baby & Tot Show at the Saddledome October 2 and 3, 2010. We will be introducing a greater selection of chalk mats for toddler. However that being said we are offering our old stock, which is good quality just not as fancy of material for a very low price.

Canadian Feed The Children

TinyWiggles is proud to support the Canadian Feed The Children in their upcoming fundraiser.

The Canadian Feed The Children is hosting an event at the Bata Shoe Museum (www.batashoemuseum.ca), an award-winning venue downtown Toronto. They donate the space every year and also invite some of their own constituents.

Every year they have a photography exhibit, highlighting the work of The Canadian Feed The Children work around the world. They programs in Canada, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Haiti, Bolivia and Ethiopia. This year it will include a short speech from our Haitian Country Representative who will speak about his experience of the recent earthquake, and the work that Canadian Feed The Children does in Haiti. THey will also be presenting four awards to our top supporters in 2009 – recognizing volunteers, community organizers, corporate supporters and key contributors.

Their will be a small ‘international marketplace staged to create the feel of a market perhaps in Africa or Bolivia. Everything will be quality and interesting artisan pieces. There will be some jewelry, textiles, baskets, carvings, bags, baby items and more. All proceeds will support Canadian Feed The Children and our many child-centred programs.

I tried this bottom balm a while back with my son , and loved it so much I wanted to offer it in my store. It's great, and the smell is not as strong as most bum ointments on the market. Which is great!!!

Lalabee's baby wash is terrific, it smells great and it lathers great. I absolutely give it an A+.

This is my all time favorite, the bubble bath. The smell again is perfect , a hint of orange in the tub but not over powering. My son loves the bubbles !

I absolutely love this hat!Well I'll be honest I love all the hats in this great shop called "Gracies Garden Designs". Not only are the hats great, the photographs are amazing.

Any of these hats would not only make a great gift but would be a great prop for a baby picture. I am pregnant for my second baby, we will hopefully find out at our 5 month ultrasound if it's a boy or girl. I am even more excited because once I find out I will purchase another one of these hats for my little one. I only wish that I would of known about this shop when my son was born. We received a set of their Brown Monkey Mom and Tot Wash Mitts to review. It's a set of two wash mitts, one for mommy and one sized just right for those little toddler hands. It was so cute watching Luke try to mimic me by washing himself! Ours were made from brown terry cloth towel and embellished with a fun monkey ribbon just perfect for My Four Monkeys. Each mitt also has a hanging loop which I loved. This made it easy to store in the bath tub on a hook and also made for quick drying.

Ours have been used and washed a few times now, and the ribbon embellishment is so far showing no signs of fraying and wear. These are fabulous, and would also make great gifts! I love hand made items. They just have so much love, sweat and sometimes tears put into them. I own a sewing machine, and although I am not overly creative, have made a very few things on my machine. It is through this experience that I really appreciate the quality of products that some people are able to provide with hand sewn items.

Michelle Grenier and her mother Toni Plouffe who are from Calgary, Alberta make handmade bath items and accessories for babies and toddlers. Their online Etsy store is called Tiny Wiggles. I received the most fluffy bright blue swaddle hooded baby towel from Tiny Wiggles. The presentation of the towel was superb. It comes in a large silky/satin bag, and then is wrapped with a beautiful matching ribbon. A lot of thought went into the amazing packaging. This is how all the items at Tiny Wiggles are sent out, so they would make a beautiful gift. What makes this towel great is that there is a little section in the bottom for your babies feet to slip right into. So, if your baby wants to wiggle around, they will remain in the towel while you try to dry them off. Along with the nice soft blue terry, the towel also has a polka dot brown and blue fabric along the hood, which makes it look extra hip and modern.

If you have never tried any of our products before, you will not be disappointed and we would love your feedback. To enter the contest we ask that you write us a short paragraph as to why you think your child would make a great model. We will reply to all entries with a response of whether your child was chosen or not.
